We have small number of people in each supported living accommodation in each location where we operate. This puts the people we support to achieve their full potential in a therapeutic environment tailored to meet their needs. The people we support are able to have their rights and freedoms as individuals without compromise. We train and support staff to understand that they are working in someone’s home and must respect people’s dignity and choices.
